Polypropylene PPC 1640 is a nucleated heterophasic (block) copolymer with a Melt Flow Index of 0.3 g/10’. This resin has a long-term heat stabilization package. It exhibits high stiffness in combination with outstanding impact strength even at very low temperatures. Polypropylene PPC 1640 has been specifically developed for the extrusion of non-pressure pipes. Other applications include sheet and blow molding. Characteristics Handling and storage Please refer to the safety data sheet (SDS) for handling and storage information. It is advisable to convert the product within one year after delivery provided storage conditions are used as given in the SDS of our product. SDS may be obtained from the website: www.polymers.totalenergies.com. Method
