XENOY HTX975 is a 35% high strength glass fiber reinforced resin with increase modules when compared to XENOY HTX575, excellent strength, stiffness and heat resistance. Applications include injection molded parts that need to survive e-coating and subsequent baking processes up to about 200° Celsius, EV electric vehicle components, FEM & GOR, structures and grill shutters.
Melt Flow Index (MFI) at 230°C / 2.16 kg, density, polymer melting point and tensile strength. The full Technical Data Sheet (TDS) is available on request.
Suited to injection moulding and forming applications such as rigid containers, caps and engineering parts that demand high stiffness and dimensional stability.
