STAMAX™ 40YH525 is a high flow, halogen free flame retardant, copolymer with 40% long glass fiber, developed for automotive injection molded applications. The glass fibres are chemically coupled to the PP matrix, resulting in high stiffness and strength.This material has been designed to combine a good performance profile with good processing. STAMAX™ 40YH525 should be dried at 100°C for 2 hours before the injection molding. IMDS ID: 1483762494 Melt temperature of 240 °C should not be exceeded during processing.

Suited to injection moulding and forming applications such as rigid containers, caps and engineering parts that demand high stiffness and dimensional stability.
