SABIC® LDPE Powder 1922P3 is an additive free CTR® tubular grade with a typically high purity. The grade is supplied in powder form. Application SABIC® LDPE Powder 1922P3 is typically used for textile coating, carpet backing and compounding applications. The very fine particle size makes that this grade is typically used for delicate tissues in textile coating. For compounding typically fine incorporation in mixtures or blends is possible. The enhanced MFR provides a low zero shear viscosity or good flow in extrusion processes. This product is not intended for and must not be used in any pharmaceutical/medical applications.
Melt Flow Index (MFI) at 230°C / 2.16 kg, density, polymer melting point and tensile strength. The full Technical Data Sheet (TDS) is available on request.
Suited to injection moulding and forming applications such as rigid containers, caps and engineering parts that demand high stiffness and dimensional stability.
