DURAPLUS™ ADVANTAGE Polymer is based on innovative patented technology that enables more effective use of carboxylic acid groups within the polymer. Unlike other polymers that produce high solids formulations, DURAPLUS™ ADVANTAGE Polymer delivers a higher zinc to acid molar ratio than is possible with conventional zinc cross-linked technologies. The distinct feature of high cross-link density coupled with low acid level and its high Tg (62°C) allows DURAPLUS™ ADVANTAGE Polymer to offer finishes with excellent durability, excellent soil resistance, and faster dry time. Benchmark performance is the hallmark of the DURAPLUS™ family of products. Performance Characteristics As with all Dow floor polish polymers, DURAPLUS™ ADVANTAGE Polymer shares a number of common performance characteristics. DURAPLUS™ ADVANTAGE Polymer is a premier, high solids floor finish emulsion polymer that can be used to formulate premium ultra high solids polishes. DURAPLUS™ ADVANTAGE Polymer allows formulating flexibility to offer a range of performance profiles from minimum maintenance to frequent burnishing. The suggested polish formulations made with DURAPLUS™ ADVANTAGE Polymer meet the industry slip resistance standard as tested by the ASTM Standard Test Method D-2047. Polishes can be formulated to a range of solids levels from 18% to 30%. DURAPLUS™ ADVANTAGE Polymer offers for the manufacture of polishes that can be applied at floor temperatures of 50°F (10°C) and above. Performance
